The Braxton Network Business Model for Delegates
The Braxton Network business model for Delegates is based on very simple principles. By servicing the needs of small businesses and affluent individuals and professionals, our Delegates can focus on a set of clients that have traditionally been neglected by larger firms. Keeping to the smaller and medium client can offer time-management advantages to the Delegate and through our training and judicious use of our support functions, the Delegates can also provide first class service to their client base.
Our aim is to strengthen our network with Delegates that follow our business development strategies in order to build a sizeable international network through local advisors. These strategies are based on best practice and powerful marketing techniques that can accelerate the growth of each Delegate’s business.
Initially, Delegates are likely to spend at least 50% of their time on business development activities, with the view to spending 100% of their time attracting new clients and independent advisors, managing customer relationships and leading a team of staff members – the goal is to work on the business rather than in it.
With over fifteen years experience behind us, we have actively evolved our support infrastructure to enable Delegates to build their businesses in a commercially dynamic way.
Training
There are Braxton Network training courses spread throughout the year, including distance and home study courses.
We believe that we have the best to offer with regard to course material, and we are delighted to be able to offer this training to Delegates of Braxton Network.
Our marketing trainers provide a Business Acceleration Programme which encompasses several days of training course. We work with you during the course to decide on the right business development activity for your territory, then monitor your success. If for instance, we notice that you are attending a good number of appointments but not signing up at the rate we expect, we will help you to increase your conversion rate. This level of ‘hand-holding’ is the kind of support you may need in your first six months, and will help you to build your business at an inspirational rate.
Following the training course outlined above, there are two follow on training days reviewing your progress. These will provide a full review of issues for each individual Delegate.
