The Braxton logo is a registered service mark, and is the property of the Braxton Group. The Braxton logo is also subject to copyright.
Use of the Braxton logo, including its reproduction, is subject to permission of the Braxton Network or Braxton Group. If the Braxton logo is reproduced or otherwise used by any person without such permission, Braxton may seek to enforce its rights over
its property through the Courts.
In the link bellow is a general licence, which sets out the circumstances in which Braxton permits Braxton´s agents and authorised firms and advisers to reproduce the Braxton logo. The effect of the general licence is that such agents or advisers need not apply for an individual licence, if its use of the Braxton logo is in accordance with the general licence.
If a firm or adviser wishes to use or reproduce the Braxton logo otherwise than in accordance with the general licence, it will need to apply to the Braxton Network for an individual licence.
